# Arkaya Risk

> Arkaya stewards the Governance Evidence Taxonomy (GET), an open schema for governance evidence. An organisation's systems emit signals; an engine produces a signed record against the schema stating whether a control existed, ran and passed its own test; insurers, lenders and acquirers read that record as evidence and price governance risk on it. Arkaya produces no evidence, issues no score and prices nothing; a record is checked with the record, the public schema and the signer's public key, with no call to Arkaya.

Arkaya Risk Limited is a UK company (England and Wales no. 17380022), pre-revenue, founded by David J McKibbin and Simon Hudson. The commercial work that runs on the schema is Arkaya GET Solutions, with continuous covenant underwriting for AI liability as the first class.
