Governance evidence for business decisions.

Arkaya reads your AI governance records, shows what they support and identifies the gaps that matter to your decision.
Start with one question, commission a full read, or keep the evidence under review.

The organisation supplies its records.
Arkaya reads them and reports what they support.
The decision-maker decides whether the evidence is enough.

§ 01 · The Defensive Playbook

A Defensive Playbook for enterprise value.

Growth plans explain how AI creates value. The Defensive Playbook does the other half: it is built to show which of a company's risks its records can evidence, and where they cannot. Insurers, lenders and buyers decide what, if anything, follows. It keeps four questions in view: what your AI systems are authorised to do; what the records show about whether the controls ran; where the evidence is weak or missing; and what an insurer, lender or buyer could use today.

The services below are its working parts.

§ 02 · For boards and companies

Evidence Pressure Test

About a week. One question you choose, such as how vendor models are overseen or how a deployed model is monitored, is read against your own records. You receive a short findings note.

Governance Evidence Snapshot

Two to three weeks. A full read of one organisation, scoped by the question it needs answered rather than by system count. You receive a dated findings report and an evidence map you can show to an examiner, reinsurer, board or buyer. For US insurers and MGAs, an edition is built around the programme elements of the NAIC model bulletin.

Evidence Remediation Plan

After a Pressure Test or Snapshot. For each gap, what to record as the control operates from now on, and how, so an outside reader can check it. Arkaya does not later read that evidence for anyone else. A checkable record shows a control can be tested, not that it worked. We do not backdate records or present later reconstructions as evidence recorded at the time.

Monthly Evidence Review

After a Snapshot. The read is repeated monthly against the same scope and shows what moved: controls newly evidenced, controls whose operation is no longer evidenced, AI systems added. Each month ends in a dated findings report. Today our analysts, supported by AI agents, do the reading. Automated collection of the records is in development. Any change to the review service is agreed with the client; no date is promised.

Defensive Playbook Adviser

An ongoing relationship for boards and owners. It covers the monthly review, quarterly board sessions, playbook updates, alignment with the plans you already run for growth, and priorities for action. It usually follows a first engagement, but a board with an urgent problem can start here. The advice covers governance evidence only, never insurance cover. You or your chosen partner make the fixes. Arkaya does not later read that evidence for anyone else.

§ 03 · For insurers, lenders and investors

Appointed Reading

You appoint Arkaya and set the question. The company being read supplies the evidence. Arkaya reports to you what that evidence does and does not support for your decision. Your thresholds stay yours and are never disclosed to the company being read.

Portfolio Reading

The same reading repeated across an MGA book, a delegated-authority population or an investment portfolio. Each record is read on its own terms; no aggregate score is issued for the portfolio.

AI Risk Evidence Brief

A weekly note on what changed, why it matters to your decision and what evidence to ask for. Every item is checked at source before it is printed. Register your interest; billing starts only when the first edition is delivered.

Arkaya does not price, accept or decline the risk. No fee depends on a policy or a loan.

§ 04 · For platforms, consultancies and data firms

Partner work

The evidence schema and implementer pack are free: anyone can build to them, without charge and without asking. Platforms can ask Arkaya to translate their record format into the open schema, for a fixed fee. The Schema page sets out why inclusion in the schema is never sold.

§ 05 · How it starts

Start with one question.

Tell us the decision or the problem in front of you. We will say whether a Pressure Test, a Snapshot or a reading fits, and which records it would need.

Describe the decision briefly. Do not include policyholder details, confidential client records or passwords.

Which countries or regions does this review concern?
§ 06 · Boundaries

What Arkaya does not do.

Not a decision. Price, terms, capacity and whether the evidence is enough stay with the reader.
Not a governance score, an audit opinion, a continuous-compliance certification, a compliance opinion or legal advice.
Not insurance advice. We do not advise on or place insurance, and no fee depends on a policy or a loan being bound.
Not operational improvement. Changing a control is your work, or your chosen partner's.
One role per record. Where Arkaya has designed evidence or advised on it, it does not read that evidence for anyone else. Where Arkaya has only translated a platform's records into the open format, it may later read them for an insurer, after telling the insurer and having the translation checked independently.
